Shipping Policy:

Domestic- Canadian Shipping:

We strive to provide the best rates possible.  Our Shopify store offers Canada Post, Purolator, as well as a flat rate shipping option that offers couriers such as UPS, CanPar, and Fedex.  Prices fluctuate on all offerings, and are dependent on the shipper and their rates.  We are happy to offer free shipping for orders over $120.00.  Shipping estimates are provided by the shipper, and we have no control over that.  The rates you see, are what we pay.  And with flat rate shipping, we often pay more than what the customer is charged due to shipping to rural locations. 

We hope to have packages processed and shipped as soon as possible and take pride in our processing times.  Please allow us 1-3 days processing time to have your package shipped out.  Once a package leaves our packaging and shipping we have no control over shipping times.  In many cases what the shippers estimate may not be fully accurate.  This estimate comes directly from Shopify and our shippers.  All of our couriers are 3rd party, and we have no control over their shipping times and pickup times.  If a package is lost, delayed, or damaged it greatly speeds up the process if a claim or ticket is created with them. 

 

International Shipping:

Customs and Duties: Extra charges and duties may apply for each order, and will be assumed by the customer. 

 

Cancellations:

We allow order cancellation as long as the order has not been processed, packaged, and shipped.
